Initially the package was designed and made with the objective of analyzing the data generated by the program "Survey of the Living Resources in the Exclusive Economic Zone (REVIZEE) - Central Region (SCORE Central)", leaded by the Brazilian Ministry of Environment and Brazilian Navy. This is part of our work as research fellows of Brazilian Ministry of Science and Technology/National Research Council (MCT/CNPq) within REVIZEE Program.
We decided to share and continuously develop FishAssess. So, it is released under the GNU General Public License. It is not well documented and some functions are not yet indexed. This release might be considered as in Beta stage.
